How the Training Works

Adult learning requires stimulation, fun, interaction and involvement. The short trigger DVDs add variety and humour to the training programs. The DVDs introduce the concepts and show case studies. The Leader's Guide gives instructions on how to gain maximum group involvement through the use of questions and guided discussion techniques.

The approach of these training programs are to demonstrate the link between thinking, feeling and action. They show how to identify self defeating attitudes and how to develop more appropriate motivating beliefs. They then focus on developing action plans to achieve results. They build more optimistic, resilient, persistent people.

Target Audience

The program has been designed to be utilised by small and large businesses and organisations to be facilitated in-house by managers, trainers, supervisors or be used as self paced learning and home study.

The programs are based on cognitive behaviour modification and draws on the work from the major contributors to the field - Dr Albert Ellis and Dr Martin Seligman.
